The Bot Knife is specially designed to help scrape along the horse's legs to aid in the removal of bot eggs.

The knife is gently placed above the egg and than pushed downward in the direction the hair grows. Be sure to remove the eggs in a location where horses do not graze or eat, to prevent the dropped eggs from being consumed.

Features a plastic handle and 4" long stainless steel blade with a finely serrated edge. For use, carefully and gently scrape the knife in the direction of your horse's hair to help remove bot eggs.
