Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays, unless discussed. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

- Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days)
International Shipping
We ship internationally! Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
